Product-specific notes

Drift (melatonin + l-theanine)

Drift contains melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin supplements are intended to support normal sleep onset in adults. They are not a treatment for insomnia or any sleep disorder. Do not use Drift if you are sensitive to melatonin, pregnant, breastfeeding, operating heavy machinery, or taking medications that may interact with melatonin. Consult a physician before use if you are under 18, have a diagnosed health condition, or are taking any prescription medication.

Focus (caffeine + l-theanine)

Focus contains caffeine and l-theanine. Caffeine is a stimulant. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid use if you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have been advised by a physician to limit caffeine intake. Do not combine with other stimulants. Not recommended for individuals under 18.

Clarity (b-complex + functional reishi)

Clarity contains B-complex vitamins and a functional reishi extract. Vitamins and botanical extracts can interact with certain medications and medical conditions. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are taking any prescription medication.

Stacking guidance

Clarity may be used together with Focus or Drift as described on this website. We do not recommend taking Focus and Drift simultaneously.
