Privacy Notice
Veyre Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates www.veyre.com and offers precision oral film supplements directly to consumers. Veyre Inc. is responsible for (the “controller” of) personal data collected through our website. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, and describes your rights. It applies whenever you visit our website, place an order, subscribe to communications, join our early access list or the Veyre Circle, Veyre Voices or otherwise interact with us, wherever you are in the world.
What personal data we collect
We only collect what we need to serve you well.
Information you provide us directly
- Identity: your name, email address, phone number
- Delivery: your shipping address and country
- Account: login credentials (stored in encrypted form), purchase and subscription history
- Payment: we do not store card details - these are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- Communications: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or WhatsApp
- Early access list and Veyre Circle: your email address, the date and page on which you signed up, and any preference information you share when reserving your place
- Veyre Voices applications: Veyre Voices is our vetted community of creators and brand partners. When you apply, we collect the information you submit for vetting, which may include your name, email, phone number, social media handles and audience/engagement data, content niche and samples of your content. If you are accepted as a Veyre Voice, we also collect your shipping address and any payment or tax details needed to send product and, where applicable, pay compensation
- Marketing preferences: your opt-in consent, including the date and method by which it was given
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage data: pages viewed, session duration, click paths, referral source
- Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Notice

Marketing communications
You choose what you hear from us, and you can change your mind at any time.
We will only send you marketing emails, WhatsApp messages, or SMS messages if you have given us your explicit prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting us at hello@veyre.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
We do not send marketing messages on the basis of soft opt-in or implied consent. We do not purchase or rent third-party marketing lists.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only where necessary.
We share your data with the following trusted third parties who process it on our behalf and under our instruction:
- Shopify Inc.: e-commerce platform and order management
- Shopify Payments: payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant), together with any other payment provider shown at checkout
- Fulfillment partners: third-party logistics and delivery
- Klaviyo: email marketing platform
- Appstle: subscription management
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 (website analytics) and advertising (subject to your cookie choices)
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement. The Conversions API may share hashed contact details and website or purchase events directly from our servers (subject to your cookie choices)
- TikTok: TikTok Pixel and Events API for ad measurement, on the same basis as Meta above (subject to your cookie choices)
Legal and regulatory
We may disclose your data where required by law, court order, regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Veyre, our customers, or others.
Business transfers
If Veyre undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance where required by law.
International data transfers
We operate globally. Here is how we protect your data across borders.
Veyre Inc. is a US company. When you interact with our website, place an order, or sign up to hear from us, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. This includes countries where our technology partners and service providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home country.
Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure your personal data remains protected to a standard consistent with this notice. These steps may include reliance on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
We will only share your data with third parties who are contractually required to handle it securely and in accordance with our instructions. A list of our key service providers and the nature of data they process on our behalf is available in the “How we share your information” section above.

We keep your data for as long as needed, and no longer.

Your rights
Your rights depend on where you are located. Here is what applies to you.

Regardless of where you are located, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may contact us at any time to:
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
Request a copy of your data in a structured, portable format
Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
These rights reflect internationally recognized standards of data subject rights.
US state privacy rights:
If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law - including California, and a growing number of others such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and Utah - you have rights broadly consistent with those listed above: to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to correct or delete it; to opt out of its sale, of “sharing” or use for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of profiling with significant effects; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Specific rights, thresholds and enforcement mechanisms vary by state; where a state grants a right beyond those described here, we will honor it on request. Where required by your state's law, we will also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from a supporting browser or extension as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our sharing of data with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) for targeted advertising purposes may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California and other US state laws. You may opt out at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal as described above.
EU and UK customers:
If you are located in the EU or UK, all of the above rights apply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK, or your EU supervisory authority).
Customers in other jurisdictions:
If you are located outside the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country or region. We will honor requests made in good faith and respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are unsure whether a particular right applies to you, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@veyre.com. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and contractual obligations on our data processors.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will act promptly. This includes:
- Notifying the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction where required by applicable law, including EU/EEA data protection authorities under GDPR, the UK Information Commissioner's Office under UK GDPR, and the applicable US state Attorney General or regulator where required under US state law
- Notifying affected individuals directly where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms, regardless of where they are located
We maintain internal procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to data breaches as quickly as possible. Where we are legally required to notify within a specific timeframe, we will meet or exceed that obligation. Where no specific legal requirement applies, we will still notify affected individuals without undue delay where we consider it fair and appropriate to do so.
Children
Our website and products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us at hello@veyre.com and we will delete it.
Health-related information
We do not ask for health information to join our early access list. Once we launch, some information, such as which products you buy, may indicate health-related interests (for example, sleep support). We treat this information as sensitive: we use it only to provide our products and services and to meet our legal obligations, and we do not use it for targeted advertising without your consent. Where a US state law (such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act) requires it, we will publish a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Please refer to our Cookie Notice for full details, including how to manage your cookie preferences.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (where we hold your email address) and by posting the updated notice on our website with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the website recognize your device, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and local storage, work in comparable ways and are covered by this notice. Our website is hosted on Shopify, and we use Klaviyo to manage our emails.
How we ask for your choices
How we handle non-essential cookies depends on where you are:
- EU, UK and other places where the law requires consent: when you first visit www.veyre.com, a cookie banner asks for your choice. We place analytics and marketing cookies only after you accept them, and boxes are never pre-checked.
